Conv top window falling out.

I have the same issue. 2008 jag xkr with 26k miles. Left out for two days in Texas and the dash separated, the rear internal quarter panel trim shrunk and the window seal opened. None warranted, said trim not warranted. Jag local is horrible; could care less, quoted 13k to fix all including new top for 7500. $100k car and it essentially is coming apart, literally at the seams. Meanwhile the 98 expedition has never been garaged for 225,000 miles and dash fine. It is a defective adhesive with ridiculous consequences and people need to know. My 911 is a 2003 and still looks brand new as does my 08 Land Rover. There is no excuse. If enough get together we should approach an attorney for help.
