bought two weeks ago.top worked fine. tried to open it today,back windows go down,thats it.

Make sure you have the luggage cover installed properly. It is the retractable mechanism in the trunk that pulls out and latches in place. It must be in perfectly and extended for the top to work. Hope that helps.
