Convertible top and windows won't operate

What is your question?

Upon reconnecting battery after a long trip, the convertible top and back windows will not operate. The control switch doesn't move anything. I also get a dashboard message that says, convertible latch not closed, but it is closed tight. I replaced all relevant fuses with no luck.
