Steering wheel is pulsing

Our jag XK8 is pulling to the left and pulsing at any speed withe a bumping feeling. We have had the car for 48 hours and it has 28k never hit a curb and drove perfect the night before. We parked it in the garage and when my wife left to work she noticed the pulsing and pulled over. The left tire was low so she filled it.
