I CURRENTLY HAVE A " P0010 intake A Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit Open "

What is your question?

Is it safe to drive with this fault code , i understand this is from the VVT valve on the Camshaft , i did an Oil change to be sure and installed Royal Purple synthetic 5W 30 . i beleive the Solonoids are on the Top corners of the Engine facing the radiator , i check the wire connections . No loss in power at all

no - it will not create further damage in the short term. there will be a slight drop in performance yet most people do not notice it , although you fuel economy will dip some.
