Cost to replace the hydraulic line to the convertible top latch?

my shop charges $1400 for this. the hose kit comes from Jaguar and runs from the windshield, down the left "A" pillar, thru the dash, under the driver's side carpet, under the rear seat, into the trunk and to the pump. any good Jag shop can do this for you. no, there is no other way to fix this leak.
