What is your question?
The local Jaguar dealer gave me a cost of $5300 to replace the hydraulic motor and the car is only worth $12000. The motor has stopped working at all. No sound and no top movement. Is there a way to disconnect the hydraulic motor and just operate the top manually? Or can the motor be refurbished?

I've never used this company but try giving them a call. It looks like they can rebuild these pumps.https://www.convertibletopguys.com/convertible/1795/Hydraulic-Motor-Pump-Rebuild-Service Alex
