how do you test for a bad Speedometer

What is your question?

I have tested the Speed sensors. RF sensor is good and the wiring is good. I have ordered a used ABS Module

What makes this problem better or worse?

nothing

How long has your 1998 Jaguar XK8 had this problem?

don't know, I bought it used a couple months ago.
