my ignition wont turn, it initially did but wouldn't go in drive.now wont turn

First thing I would do is try a second key. If that does not allow it to turn, you'll probably need a new lock cylinder. A shop or automotive locksmith can do the work. One last thing, is the steering wheel locked at an angle not allowing itself to release?
