how to change spark plugs?

Did they give you a price breakdown sheet? How much were parts? which ones did they say you needed? Any coil packs? All that stuff will drive the price up and dealer labor is up to around 100 an hour at some dealers. I would need to know what they told you you needed to see if it was close. Remember Dealers are very good at what they do, they have high overhead so the cost will be higher to go with that. just my .02
