Car idles super rough goes into restricted mvmt all go2parts4this replaced&still

We have spent almost500 just in the typical check theses replace this lists for the rough idle restricted movement code. Spark plugs sensors filters and coils even 900 to a Jaguar Mechanic here locally to replace the fuel pumps as he says a sender and a reciever unit but the car is still chugging and goes into restricted movement
