I have an oil leak, appears to be coming from the oil pan, have replaced gasket
What is your question?
I have replaced the oil pan gasket twice thinking I may have done it wrong the first time but it still leaks. Will leak a 1/2 quart in 2 weeks parked in the garage. Can't figure out where its coming from.
That's a significant oil leak. If you have a special dye added to your engine oil, a shop can use a special UV light to check for where the leak is starting from. It could be a rear main crankshaft seal, among other possible causes.
