Driver side engine compartment fuse panel and part of the trunk fuse panel are not working all relays and fuses are good could this be the bcm or a security issue? The starter is cranking there is fuel pressure.

Before it went kaput between 50 and 70 mph it seemed to lose some power and I'd have to give it more gas to get up to speed (ignition timing issue?)
