What causes my power brakes to work 50% of the time?

Hello, This sounds like you have a vacuum leak somewhere, and I wonder if you have a harder time braking while the engine is at higher RPM or lower RPM. There is not a way for me to tell you what is wrong, but I can tell you how to diagnose the booster if you would like.
