I need help solving my fuel system issues

What is your question?

I have a 2005 jaguar x type and the issue is that when I drive it . It's not getting full power. After a half mile it will rev up and down until it completely kills on me . I can start it back with no problems and I'm getting pressure from the fuel rail so I know it's not the fuel . My guess is that the injectors are clogged , what you think ?
