The rotors appear to be "floating" - that is the just rest on the hubs at all four wheels. There may be some corrosion built up at the hub - light surface corrosion - that is making the rotors difficult to come off. You may want to apply a little tap from a hammer to free them up.
When the disk rotors on my 2003 Jaguar is not removing smoothly, I use a 5 pounder hammer (Regular nail hammers are too weak) to assist in the removal of the rotor. Note - I use a hammer because I am planning to replace the rotors. Each rotor is priced under 50 US dollars at the local Auto Zone store. To insert the rear brake pads, you need to use a special tool (OEM/Rear disc brake cube for use with 3/8 in. drive tool) to push the caliper brake cylinder down. The tool costs about 12 dollars and attaches to your 3/8in socket driver. You will need to use a small extension. You have to push down on the brake cylinder while turning with the cube tool counter clockwise for one brake side of the vehicle and clockwise for the other side. Sorry, I forget which side is counter and which side is counter clockwise.
