The fan cooling motor keeps running after shutting car off for 5 minutes.

It happened to me. It was because the car was overheating. the fan would stay on for a while to cool it down. Had to replace the radiator. Problem fixed. Check if you are leaking coolant and the car is getting hot.

Before replacing the whole think just check the tubes going to the reservoir the overflow tube tends to break causing over heating
