how do I replace a climate control module in a 2006 Jaguar S type.

My AC blows out hot air I have replace the heater control valve now I am told it need a Climate control module because coolant leak on the wires and cause it to stay in heat mode. it this some thing I can do my self i now how to work on vehicles.
