won't crank and stuck in park

Hello, If there is no cranking, and you have a fresh battery installed that has been verified as good and fully charged, it is possible the terminals could be installed backwards, causing a maxi-fuse to blow. Doing this could also cause other damage. However, check all fuses -- especially the maxi-fuses and you may find one or more is blown. Also please ensure first that the cables are hooked up properly.
