Do the shims come attached to all brake pads for a 03 jaguar?

normally you will find shims on the higher qaulity brake pads ,, shims are good to have on , because they prevent noises and squeaks

Depending the quality of the brake pad the cheaper kinds don't have it shims prevent squeaky noises from the brake pads
