had all 8 coils changed on 6th change car was over heating told gagage, now head gasket has gone and garage say its my fault?

Ignition coils has nothing to do with overheating. If car was overheated it could cause the head gasket problem. Overheating an engine to blow a head gasket is mostly the driver's fault. The temperature gauge is there and tow trucks are available to prevent serious overheating and engine damage. This happens when it gets ignored. Zee
i did call the garage and they said to let it cool for 15 mins then drive it to them as it is "probably just coils" i did not over heat again after they changed the coils until about 5 weeks later
