misfire

Depends on the reason the cylinder is dead. Check that the pulg and coil are firing. If so check that the fuel injector is firing, your getting fuel. If these are ok, do a compression test wet and dry, to see if you have problem with rings, or vavles. do a leak down test, to pinpoint the problem.
