More than like your air flow meter/sensor needs to be cleaned. It is the part that connects to your air filter box. If you decide to clean it yourself, make sure you purchase the cleaner for cleaning air flow meters. There is a protective coat on it and if you use the wrong cleaner it will damage the coating. Look on the can and make sure it says that it is safe to use on protective coatings or you'll be buying a new one and they're not cheap! There is another sensor attached to the air flow meter. Make sure it is clean, as well.
