What is your question?
My headlights worked fine until recently they would shut off and I would flick the control switch up and down really fast and they would turn on. Ive replaced the fuses, headlights, and the Relay clicks over when I used the control switch so im thinking it isnt the switch.
How long has your 1999 Isuzu VehiCROSS had this problem?
For about 3 months

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Since you've already replaced the fuses, headlights, and checked the relay, it sounds like the issue might lie with the **headlight switch** itself. Even though the relay is clicking, the switch could still be failing internally, especially if flicking it temporarily gets the lights to work. Another possibility is a **wiring issue**, like a loose or corroded connection at the switch or the bulb sockets, which can cause intermittent failures. You might also want to inspect the **grounds** around the headlights. A poor ground connection can cause all sorts of electrical gremlins, including lights that come on and then shut off unexpectedly. If it were me, I’d check the switch more thoroughly (or replace it as a precaution) and also go over the wiring for any signs of wear or corrosion.
