Left Windshield Wiper Arm Repair

What is your question?

My left windshield wiper won't move when I turn them on, but my right windshield wiper will. I removed the arm, and when I turned on my wipers again, I could see the inside still turn. I'm pretty sure my wiper arm was stripped when I tried to get it unstuck from my windshield during a freeze. Where can I go to get another arm to replace it with?
