What would cause this vehicle not to start

What is your question?

Fuel pump relay went out. Bypassed it and the pump is delivering tons of fuel. Checked ignition module and crank shaft pos sensor and got plenty of fire, replaced ecm relay, alt, fuel pump, crank pos sensor, and a ton of stuff just 4 months ago. Any idea's? Thanks
