WONT DISINGAGE CLUTCH FULLY, WONT START IN GEAR WITH PEDAL PUSHED DOWN, NOT LEAKING FLUID, GO DOWN THE ROAD CLUTCH STILL CATCHING A LITTLE BIT JUST ANOUGH TO KEEP U MOVING, STALLS AT STOPS

Not knowing why you originally replaced all that stuff, I can give you a best guess. On the rod that sticks out of the back of the clutch master cylinder, there is usually a threaded portion with a lock nut on it. If so, loosen the lock nut and "unscrew" the rod a few turns and tighten lock nut. If the pedal is better, but not good enough, repeat the process. When you have the clutch working as it should, wiggle the clutch pedal. You should have a little "free play" between the rod and the master cylinder. If you don't have the freepaly, shorten the rod a little bit until you do have the needed freeplay. If you leave it too tight, the clutch will wear prematurely.
