replaced tension pulley, serpentine belt still shredding

02 Isuzu Rodeo I replaced three serpentine belts and tension pulley. The serpentine belt still shredding. A couple of years ago I replaced air compressor pulley. Maybe three months ago I replaced the alternator the belt just started shredding a week ago. Again replaced three times know I just leave it park until I can figure out what's wrong with it. Help????????

What makes this problem better or worse?

Doesn't make a squealing noise just shreds belt hot or cold

Hello, it's really important that you eyeball the alignment of all pulleys. Something is off. Perhaps it's the alternator. Perhaps the compressor. But something isn't lining up. Check the idler pulley, the power steering pulley. Check that tensioned pulley again. You'll visibly see one pulley that doesn't line up properly with the others. That's where you need to focus your attention.
