Hard starts when cold

Think about what your vehicle needs when it's cold: Good exhaust flow, a limited air supply ("choking" the engine of air when cold), good fuel supply, ample spark. My guess is you probably have too much air getting into the engine cold. Check for any vacuum or air intake leaks. Just a guess, but somewhere to start.
