Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. The fuel light issue on your Rodeo is likely due to a faulty fuel level sensor, which is part of the fuel pump assembly inside the gas tank. Over time, these sensors can wear out, causing the gauge to show incorrect readings even with gas in the tank. It would also be a good idea to inspect the wiring and connectors in the circuit. If the drive gear indicator is not displaying, it's typically a problem with the transmission range sensor or a faulty bulb in the instrument cluster. A technician can help determine if the range sensor isdefectivey or if there's an issue behind the dash.
