What is your question?
We have replaced the radiator, the thermostat, new manifold gaskets, new water pump gaskets and o rings, used blue devil pour n go, checked the freeze plugs and the fans are coming on.. We have a new water pump just haven't gotten down that far yet. I was really hoping I wouldn't have to. Also the top radiator hose keeps randomly collapsing now and, from what we can see and tell, there are no leaks. Could it simply be my radiator cap not relieving the proper amount of pressure and if so how would I be able to tell?

"Blue Devil Pour And Go"...oh boy. Bad idea to put "sealant" of any kind into a cooling system. You can create more problems than you fix. I would try to thoroughly flush out the cooling system, replace with fresh coolant, and assess coolant flow throughout the system. Your hose should not collapse; would seem to me that you have some kind of a flow concern. A cap that is not pressurizing the system properly can contribute to an overheating condition, but I'm thinking you have some other system flow concern. You may or may not have an internal engine concern, but it's so hard to say with the variables introduced, especially that "sealant".
