1995 Isuzu Rodeo stalls on acceleration. Difficult restart. Loses power uphill.

My 95 is doing the same thing. Cleaned EGR valve and replaced fuel filter and no change in running condition. While holding accelerator pedal down at 3000 RPM engine will drop to 2800 RPM then back to 3000 with regularity.
