The P060x codes are all the PCM reporting itself as defective. On rare occasions a reflash can have the PCM write its software into sections of ROM that aren't defective and get it to work again, but there are many times that there simply isn't enough memory blocks left to do the job. Your choices at this point will be to have the PCM replaced. If it was under 8yr, and 80,000 miles it would be under warranty. There are companies that rebuild PCM's and you might be able to find one that can either rebuild yours or supply a remanufactured one on an exchange basis. Dealers are not the only choice for programming, a properly equipped independent can handle this job.
