Why wont my car start?

What is your question?

Im told the engine is turning over, but to me it doesnt sound like its catching. I just had the starter replaced, but no luck. Is this a common problem? What am I missing?

How old is the timing belt? After 100k miles they can break and the engine will turn over and not start. Also consider plugs, wires, and coil(s).
