I own a Isuzu pup engine 2.3 gasoline type year 1991 theres a hose coming out of the right side of the case in the area of the right motor mount its spitting oil I'm losing a quart every 80 miles what is the hose and what does this mean and what do I do to fix this ?.thanks Jim.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Its worse when I turn off the motor

Could it be a PCV hose? Perhaps there is a crankcase ventilation issue? Really hard to know, of course, without seeing it and following where it comes from and goes to. Seek a local tech near you -- https://repairpal.com/repair-shops/isuzu-repair-and-service-in-dallas-texas
