Dealer has no idea and says bring it back. What could be the problem? Also lights radio all come on.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, anyone's guess as to what's wrong, starting with a new battery not being effective, then possibly a wiring issue, cabling issue, questionable starter motor testing, start stop button concern (if equipped), and so forth. Testing is needed. That's all I can say, unfortunately. Hands on testing. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
