the change oil warning continue to show on my gps screen even after oil change. the indicator on my panel has since started showing the drivers door as being open after all doors are securely closed. now the lift gate warning is showing on my gps screen all while the lift gate is securely closed. the lift gate will not open or close using the inside button. when I press the inside button to open it and the physically push the gate in and then pull on it then it will open. all of these things are happening at the same time and are constant not intermittent.at first it was the change oil warning then the open door warning and the same day the lift gate problem started.

Hi DCaldwell, The oil light: did it ever turn off after your oil change, or has it been on continuously since before your oil change? The door open is being signaled because the switch, which is located in the door hinge, is either stuck or faulty, or the wiring harness is faulty. The failed rear hatch sounds like its own issue as well. It sounds like the latch assembly may have a mechanical malfunction, electrical malfunction, or the fuse is blown. If the trunk switch is located on the driver door, I would advise inspecting the door wiring harness especially where it leaves the car body and enters the door. For the oil, press the eTrip button several times until the word maintenance appears on screen. Press enter, scroll to oil change, press enter, and reset. For the door you will need to inspect the wiring harness and switch. Testing the switch in both positions is needed. For the hatch, check all of your fuses first, then test that the latch and button are getting power and that the button is sending power to the latch. Also, inspect the wiring harness on the rear hatch.
