Radio and TV's and navigation not working

Hello, what specifically is happening? Is this a factory audio unit with factory navigation? Keep in mind that the vehicle is 17 years old -- it's likely that the navigation maps are obsolete by now if you haven't purchased updates...which may not even be available anymore. I'm not sure about "TV's" - as vehicles may be equipped with DVD monitors but I'm not sure how yours is set up. Share more information - we can try to help.
