Head lights go out intermittently

What is your question?

The driver side headlight goes out sometimes usually when the turn signal is on and I turn the steering wheel. Most recently both headlights are now beginning to go out. If I turn the headlight switch on and off on the steering column they come back on. Any ideqas?
