What is your question?
I replaced MAF sensor and MAF hose, fuel pump is strong and fuel filter is clean. The crankshaft position sensor is also clean. The check engine light is no longer on after replacing MAF sensor. But there is still no start. It cranks and will start but immediately dies. It mostly sputters. When the gas pedal is pushed it dies out. All the electricals work fine. No leaks. There is also plenty of pressure from the fuel pressure regulator. Fuses seem to be okay. All click. Gas is close to 3/4. Battery cables are decent. But still no start, not even a rough idle. Longest it has come on for was a good 5 seconds.
How long has your 1999 INFINITI QX4 had this problem?

You either have a fuel delivery issue, too much or too little air to the intake -- I'd guess too much since we have a cold engine, or an ignition spark issue. There's no guessing to be done. What is missing when the vehicle does not run? If it won't run, checking it should reveal the missing element(s). Your question indicates you have a sense of what you're doing, but you're clearly missing part of the problem. By the way, your check engine light has no relevance if the vehicle does not run. The MAF sensor probably wasn't off concern. You likely still have an air intake concern. I'd focus my attention first on the entire air intake / intake manifold / vacuum system, if I was looking at the car. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
