What is your question?
I was told the fuel injectors were leaking so I replaced them only to have the same issue so I took it back to the dealership to get it diagnosed a second time and they said it’s still leaking fuel injectors so I then replaced them again but am having the exact same issue of the rpm’s not staying steady at idle they keep jumping and falling so low the car almost dies
How long has your 2017 INFINITI Q50 had this problem?
This has been going on for a few months now

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. So sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. If your Q50's fuel injectors were replaced twice, but the issue persists, it's possible the problem isn't with the injectors themselves. The issue could be related to the fuel delivery system, such as a malfunctioning fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump. Another possibility could be a vacuum leak or a faulty sensor, like the mass airflow sensor, which could be causing erratic idle and poor fuel delivery. Additionally, your car's computer may be commanding the injectors to spray additional fuel incorrectly. Getting a second opinion from a trusted repair shop may be a good idea. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered.
