How long has your 2014 INFINITI Q50 had this problem?
Bought it used 2 weeks ago , oriellys said that was what the code was saying needed replaced

Hello, first, you may find that you have warranty coverage on this component still. Contact your local Infiniti dealership to discuss this. It's worth a call, even if I'm in error. The evaporative canister purge volume control solenoid valve is located at the back of the engine near the firewall slightly on the passenger side. I am not entirely sure this is the component you are seeking but that's what I can share at this point.
1st,see other answer(DaveJM)...2nd,O'Reilly's don't have the equipment to tell you that is the part you need replaced. that code is a generic code and when that code shows up,it list possible causes and possible causes only and does not mean to buy that part,BUT that is what they do is sell parts,just saying. they only have an OBDll code reader just like the other parts stores>probable causes only,sorry but I have seen to many folks buy parts that are not needed and if it don't fix it,they buy more parts,from parts stores guessing at it.maybe get lucky and that is the bad part? good luck.
