How do I take the smog belt off and replace it?

Hello, all you have to do is put a wrench on the tensioner pully, and push it so the belt has slack. Remove the belt and release the pully, then put the new belt on by applying tension to the pully again. Release once in place, run the engine, make sure the belt stayed where it should.
