Hello, Is the check engine light on? Also, if the oil light is on you should not start the vehicle, but the oil pressure sending unit/sensor should be tested. The ECU is indeed behind the side panel in the passenger footwell. There is a diagnostic selector on the side. Turn it gently all the way right, wait 2 seconds, then turn it all the way left. The light will stay on long for the first digit, and short for the second digit. Let me know what codes you get back. Also, check your vacuum lines.
