noise in right front wheel well

under light accelleration there is a rubbing noise that comes and goes,it is worse when it is cold.i replaced the right axle but it still does it.it sound like something is rubbing like the motor mounts are bad but i have been all over this car.it has been in a wreck and has had new struts on it also???????????????//
