How do you cut the alarm off with the remote?

sounds like an electrical problem of some sort.. is it an aftermarket or factory alarm system? usually the lock or unlock buttons on the remote should turn off the alarm, but sometimes you have to try the panic button. we can check out the system if you would like to bring it by our shop, 607 S.
