What is your question?
The car still runs but it is difficult to crank it at first. It just seems to have a “need to warm up” effect about it.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It’s the same every time I crank it. With the fuse on the battery being out. Could this be the reason for it being hard to crank
How long has your 2001 INFINITI I30 had this problem?
Just bought it five days ago.

I'm not sure what the "fuse on the battery" is. I do not think it is a "factory" installed item. Some folks add cabling and wiring for aftermarket components, such as alarm systems or audio units. Perhaps it is one of these items -- even if, and likely inactive -- that has a "busted fuse". Your starting issue sounds like something else that will require some hands on troubleshooting. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
