car won't start unless I step the gas

HI, SIR, my battery is ok, the starter is ok, the air filter is ok, the fuel pump is ok, sparking plug is ok, when I give to the ignition switch and press the accelerator then the car is started, accelerator continued two minutes, then the engine continues to run. car running after some noises come from outside (An uncertified mechanic says that due to the front side fracture of the silencer ) but I do not understand. sometimes the car is driving position I press the brake (for waiting ) and continued five minutes or more the start goes to off. I car drive but not a piece of knowledge, ABS light have, steering alignment problem has, not an original kee, what can I do? thank you.
