I do not see any applicable service bulletins related to the instrument panel of this vehicle. It could very well be due to heating and cooling over the years that have caused expansion and contraction of the materials, resulting in cracking or warping. Additionally, direct sunlight through the glass could cause some radiant heat that can damage trim. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
