Is there a recall on a crack dash?

I have a 09 g37 & the dash is cracking. Garage kept with 53,xxx miles on it. Wrote letter to Claudia Marquez after not getting any help from below. She is the Senior Director of sales operations. Its obvious to me now that Nissan/Infinity will not stand behind there product because she offered no help. I guess they think cracks in the dash of there luxury line up is acceptable on a car with 53,xxx miles on it that I bought new less then 8 years ago. Will never by another Nissan product. I haven't seen any recalls but ...I had a 2008 G37 that I covered the dashboard every day because it sat in the hot Florida sun. One day I came out to find a sticky gooey mess...the reflective dash cover had melted into the dash in several spots. I cleaned it up and purchased a more expensive cover. It too melted. I discovered it wasn't just the dash covers - it was the dash itself. There is a class action suit filed in Florida: http://www.girardgibbs.com/nissan-melting-dashboard-lawsuit/. It also covers cracking but it says it's only for Florida but mentions other states and they may have expanded this suit to cover more by now. I would call them and find out. Unfortunately for me, I didn't see this before I decided to sell mine. But since I loved it, I purchased a newer 2013 and so far, knock wood, no issues.
